Company History
Mortgages @Options and Independent Options is part of the
Options Group. The company was established in October 1991
by Matthew Searle. From day one the company has offered local
and personal mortgage and financial advice to it’s clients
and is steadfast in its opinion that all clients should seek
independent advice.
As a local company we mainly advise clients in the Sussex
Area. We believe you need to build relationships with clients
to understand their needs and nothing beats face to face advice.
We do however have clients all over the country and are happy
to discuss your needs where ever you are located and what
ever your circumstances.
Independent Options is the IFA arm of @Options Group. One
of the advisers is a Chartered Financial Planner who can offer
tailored advice in all areas of financial planning on a personal
or corporate basis. Since Independent Options was formed financial
services have changed and are continuing to do so, with the
huge choices available in the market we believe it has never
been more important to get Independent Financial Advice.
Mortgages @Options is the Mortgage and Protection side of
@Options Group it is one of Worthing’s largest Independent
Mortgage Advisers arranging in excess of £120 million
worth of mortgages each year. Our fully qualified and experienced
mortgage specialists have access to the latest online mortgage
placing facilities, ensuring our advice is always up to date.
We have two offices in Sussex, one in Hove and one in Worthing,
they are open from nine to six, Monday to Friday with evening
and weekend appointments available where necessary.
For many people the purchase of their home will be the largest
financial commitment they will make. Mortgages @Options provide
completely independent advice on mortgages and some mortgage
related insurances. Ensuring that their clients receive the
